How To Make A Footprint

Grip the upper edge of the left foot by putting your thumb on the upper green mark. Now, with your other hand, grip the bottom of the left foot display by placing your other thumb on the lower green mark 1
Using your thumb and forefinger, pull firmly on the lower green mark. This will expose the silicone paper and activate the sheet for the footprint.
Place the sheet with the footprint on a hard surface (not a carpet). Place your left foot gently and evenly on the sheet. Now shift all your weight onto your left foot. It is very important to apply enough weight to make a good impression of your foot.
Now, hold onto the sheet by placing the thumb of one hand onto the black mark at the top of the sheet. And as you did with the green marks, place your thumb onto the black mark 2 at the bottom of the display. Then pull carefully on the lower black mark to expose the carbon paper.
The left footprint is now completed.
Use the same procedure for the footprint on the right foot.
